STEP 1: BROWSE OUR SHOP USING THE MEGA PRODUCT MENU
Browse through our shop using our mega product menu. We have sorted the menu by the different rooms in a house so it’s easy for you. Click on each category/ section from the drop-down menu and you will see the range of products available in that section. Use our filters down the side to filter your search by price, colour, product material or size. You can also search for an item using a keyword in the search bar on the top right hand side.
STEP 2: SELECT THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY
Click on a product you are interested in. View all the various colour and size options available. Additional Information regarding the product such as dimensions, product materials, packaging and cleaning and care instructions can be viewed below the product under the Additional Information heading. You can also view other featured items you may like that have been carefully selected to compliment the product you have chosen. For products with different colours and sizes, you will need to select the ones you want from the drop down menu arrows. Once you have made your selection, the price applicable that size or option will show up. You can also adjust the quantity you would like to purchase.
STEP 3: ADD TO CART
Once you have chosen the colour and size options and you would like to buy the item – Click ADD TO CART. You will see in the top right corner that the item has been added to your cart. The total value & number of items in your cart will be displayed. You can continue shopping for as many items as you want and add them all to you cart.
STEP 4: VIEW YOUR CART, CALCULATE DELIVERY & PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
When you have finished shopping, click VIEW CART in the top right hand corner.
Your cart will now display. Check that the product(s) you selected while shopping are in your cart.
It’s now time to calculate delivery. In your cart you will see a box with CALCULATE DELIVERY. In the box, select your province & enter your postal code. Please make sure you enter the correct postal code. Click UPDATE TOTALS – the delivery charge applicable to your area will be displayed in the CART TOTALS box. Click UPDATE CART.
If you have a gift voucher or promotional coupon, this is where you will enter the coupon code. (You can view our how to redeem a coupon guide here)
If you are happy and have checked everything in your cart, select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
STEP 5: SIGN UP OR LOGIN TO CHECK OUT
You will see the checkout process that will be followed at the top. First step is Login:
HAVEN’T SIGNED UP? Now’s your chance..it’s easy & it takes quick! All you need to do is enter your email address & create a password, don’t worry – all your personal details are 100% safe & secure with us! Once done, click REGISTER
ALREADY A MEMBER? Simply login using your email address & password. Once entered, click LOGIN
STEP 6: ENTER YOUR DETAILS & DELIVERY ADDRESS
Provide us with all your details required for delivery. Please make sure you enter an accurate delivery address. Be sure to double check the information you are entering. All fields with a red star are compulsory to enter in order to proceed. Don’t forget to tick the box on the bottom left if your billing address & delivery address are the same. Once complete, PAYMENT METHOD to proceed to the next step.
STEP 7: CHOOSE A PAYMENT METHOD
Choose from any one of our payment method options – credit card, debit card, EFT or cash deposit. We use Mygate, a secure payment gateway for credit/debit card transactions, so all online payments are fully safe and secure.
If you select to pay with a credit or debit card, please enter all your details in the boxes provided. Be sure to double check all the information you are entering.
If you select EFT or Bank deposit, we will email you our Bank Details.
After selecting your preferred payment method, click ORDER REVIEW.
STEP 8: REVIEW YOUR ORDER
REVIEW YOUR ORDER. Check your cart again. Add any additional information that you would like us to know in the Order Notes box provided.
Remember to read our Terms & Conditions and then in the box that you accept them. The click PLACE ORDER.
If you have selected credit/debit card as a payment method you will now be directed to a 3D secure page in order to process the payment. If everything goes through and is accepted, you will get to a final page telling you “your order has been received”. You will then receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Processing of your order can begin immediately.
If you selected EFT or Bank Deposit as a payment method, you will receive an email with your order and our bank details. You have 5 working days to do the payment. Processing of the order will only begin once you have made the payment and the money is reflecting in our account. Please do not forget to email us proof of payment.
