Satisfied but unsatisfied client

I orde 3 pedestals and received it on the 7th of March. My gardener received the pedestals. Before even unraping the pedestals it was evident that the one was not in a good condition. It was totally wanky. Not stable at all. After we unraped it, it was evident that it must have taken a fall for more than one piece of the pedestal was broken. I reported the broken pedestal to returns with a email and attached videos and pictures. I did receice correspondents that Evasca will deal with my case, but 2 weeks later nothing has been done. It is really unacceptable as I need to use the 3 pedestal. Please help
