Please ensure to place your order by the dates shown below to ensure your order arrives on time:

Last order dates listed above apply to items marked “In Stock” and are applicable for all payment methods with the exception of EFT as these payments can take up to 3 days to clear. Please place your order 3 days before the cut-off date if you wish to pay by EFT.
- For orders placed after 11 December (main areas & regional areas) please allow up to 15 working days* for delivery. Your delivery will only happen in January 2018
- For orders placed after 20 December (Cape Town) please allow 10 to 15 working days* for delivery. Your delivery will only happen in January 2018
- We will aim to get your delivery to you as soon as possible but please be patient during the festive season
- *Working Days exclude public holidays and weekends
- For mattresses that require an additional order period (as stated under additional information in the product), production of these will only begin from 18 January 2018 (for delivery early Feb 2018)
- Normal delivery periods for online orders will resume on 8 January 2017
- For orders delivered after 20th December – any exchanges or returns will only happen in January 2018. We will always aim to assist you as soon as possible but please be patient during the festive season
